CANCELLATION POLICY
For our Busy clinic to run smoothly and efficiently it’s important that 4 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a $30 fee will be added to your next treatment.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late, it will be counted as a missed appointment incurring a $30 fee.
